Alex Picot Trust is pleased to back the latest public art trail in Jersey, hosting a young tortoise called PEBBLES as part of the Durrell Tortoise Takeover.
Pebbles was decorated by the pupils of La Moye School we are really impressed with the detail of the artwork. She is a bit of a ‘shell-ebrity’ at Alex Picot Trust and we are thrilled to offer her a home for the summer🐢
Tortoise Takeover is an island-wide, public art trail that will bring together every part of Jersey’s community and in turn, protect some of the most threatened species on the planet.
We are really proud to support this wonderful Jersey community initiative and encourage everyone to ‘get on the trail’.
