CORE VALUE: Always Learning
Huge thank you to Charlie Crofts, a University student studying Economics at the University of York. Over 3 weeks he worked alongside all departments to get a feel for the trust business and he also kindly provided some really valuable feedback from a jobseeker’s perspective around what makes Alex Picot Trust an attractive employer.
Year 10 student, Milena Aleksander from Le Rocquier School joined us on a Project Trident student placement for two weeks. She spent time with each department to give her some insight into the corporate world, she confidently approached the tasks handed to her and was a great help to all of us during the time.
