Matthew Minchington, Accounts Manager 15 years
Joining us 15 years ago as a trainee accountant, Matthew progressed his career undertaking formal accountancy and trust qualifications. Today, he is our Accounts Manager leading a team of trust accountants and regularly represents Alex Picot Trust on the golf course for charity matches.
Sarah McBrearty, Director 15 years
Sarah came to us straight after completing her A Levels in Jersey and took a trainee accountant role before progressing to trust administration. A certified chartered accountant Sarah then fast-tracked through to Senior Trust Officer before being promoted to Associate Director.
In 2020, she was invited to join the Board of Alex Picot Trust and in November 2023 she will celebrate 15 years of working at Alex Picot Trust.
Annabel Noel, Trust Manager 10 years
Annabel is celebrating 10 years working in the trust profession since joining us as a trainee in 2013. From day one she has been a valued member of our trust administration team supporting clients and directors.
Her efficient approach to work and friendly disposition saw her promoted to a managerial position. Today, she oversees a team of trust administrators and supports the directors on wide ranging client matters.
Samantha Cook, Trust Manager 10 years
Sam launched her career in trust administration ten years ago when she joined us as a trainee.
Under the guidance of her experienced colleagues she soon developed in the role and undertook professional qualifications. She was promoted to Trust Manager in 2022 and is married with twin sons, Alfie and Jensen.
Each individual named here has progressed their careers with us from trainee level and we couldn’t be more proud of their success in their roles.
Historically we have provided career opportunities for Islanders and many who have trained with us have stayed with us. Our ethos continues today, to develop and retain talent and we wish Matt, Sarah, Annabel and Samantha continued success with Alex Picot Trust.
