She was promoted to the new role of Assistant Accounts Manager & Data Analyst in 2023 with responsibility for providing timely management information to the board; reviewing accounts prepared; training new team members; and assisting the Accounts Manager in managing the team’s workloads and deadlines on a day-to-day basis.

Mollie is part of an initiative looking at how adaptive technology can enhance our processes and is also part of a next generation forum group.

Mollie holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification and the Core Alteryx Certificate.
