Our Community

Charity

We have been part of the Jersey community for more than 140 years, and making a positive contribution to the island remains an important part of who we are.

We support a wide range of local charities and community initiatives through fundraising, sponsorship and volunteering. Our in-house CSR Committee leads our charitable, community, volunteering and environmental activities.

Our regular annual support includes the Jersey Swimarathon, Jersey Stroke Support and the Christmas Shoebox Appeal.

This year, we have also been proud to support Freeda, Mind Jersey and the Battle of Flowers, alongside a number of other local causes.

Sponsorship

As a firm that values work–life balance, community and wellbeing, we are proud to support a range of local sports, clubs and events that bring people together and contribute to island life.

We sponsor a range of local sports, clubs and events, including the Jersey Rally, Jersey Rifle Association, Jersey Basketball Association and the Ladies’ Invitational at The Royal Jersey Golf Club.

We also support initiatives beyond sport, including REGEN Jersey, which celebrates Jersey’s farming community and helps preserve the island’s rural heritage. We are also proud to sponsor the ‘Fundraiser and Volunteer’ Award at the Jersey Pride Awards, recognising those who give their time to support our community.

Volunteering

We encourage our team to get involved in the local community by providing every team member with one paid volunteering day each year. This can be used to support charities and causes that are important to them, or to take part in organised team volunteering opportunities, such as our work with Jersey Zoo.

We are also proud members of Greening Jersey, a Jersey Finance initiative focused on environmental recovery and rewilding across the island. Through this partnership, our team have used their volunteering days to support Jersey Trees for Life, helping with local tree planting and conservation efforts.
