A recent article in the Jersey Evening Post which showcased 35 young leaders under 35 years of age, featured Alex Picot Trust Company director, Chris Cotillard.
Chris who is 31, became a director last July and has been with the company for nine years. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of STEP. He has wide‑ranging accountancy and tax experience, in addition to many years’ experience in the trust industry, providing trustee and administration services to a wide ranging portfolio of clients.
He has always enjoyed strong interactive relationships with both his clients and their intermediary professional advisors and is currently responsible for a diverse range of clients. These include high net worth individuals, international structures, local family trusts and investment structures. Chris particularly enjoys the strong relationship required when providing services to family trusts.
He also specialises in the relocation of high net worth individuals and/or businesses to Jersey, right from the initial enquiry through to the relevant licence being granted and overseeing the ongoing services provided to these individuals and businesses.
