Jenna joined Alex Picot Trust in 2026, bringing 14 years’ experience in HR. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management and a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth.

In her role at Alex Picot Trust, Jenna is responsible for all the HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and fostering positive employee relations.
