Karen joined Alex Picot Trust in 2023 bringing with her many years of experience working in senior compliance roles in Jersey’s financial services industry, including Key Person roles (Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer).

She works closely with the Head of Compliance and the directors to ensure the team at Alex Picot Trust continue to navigate their regulatory obligations; Karen also oversees the day-to-day activities of the compliance team.

Karen received a distinction for her professional qualifications, which include the Investment Advice Certificate; the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and the ICA International Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance.
