Mollie joined Alex Picot Trust as a trainee in 2019 after completing her A Levels locally and has progressed within the business, becoming Accounts Manager in 2024.

She holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification and the Core Alteryx Certificate.

In her role, Mollie provides timely management information to the Board, reviews accounts prepared, supports the training of new team members and assists the Accounts Manager with managing the team’s day-to-day workloads and deadlines. Mollie is also involved in initiatives exploring how adaptive technology can enhance our processes and is a member of our next generation forum group.
