Each administration team has its own dedicated bookkeeper and accountant working as part of the team. We have a high proportion of accountants/staff ratio which reflects the importance we place on this skill set in our business.

Current vacancies
Trust Manager
We are seeking an experienced trust professional to join us and manage a diverse portfolio of private client trust and company entities, whilst overseeing the line management of an expanding administration team.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to manage their own portfolio, delegate tasks and provide support to team members. The role holder will work closely and be supported by the client directors but will also be expected to be able to operate under their own initiative and take ownership for delivering the client experience we pride ourselves on.
Applications are welcome from individuals who have more than 7 years of experience in a trust role and who hold a recognised trust qualification to Diploma level, such as STEP or CGI.

Senior Trust Officer
This is an opportunity for an experienced trust professional to join us and provide high-level administration services to a portfolio of private client trust and company entities. Some line management will be expected within a small and supportive team.
Applications are welcome from individuals who have more than 5 years of experience in a trust role and who hold, or are working towards, a recognised trust qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma or similar).
Attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills are essential with an ability to meet deadlines.

Trust Officer
With around 3 to 5 years of trust experience, the successful candidate will provide assistance to the team in the administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients.
This is a role within a supportive environment where team-work is central to our success.
A good awareness of Jersey local trust and company legislation and practice, and hold or be working towards, a recognised trust qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma or similar).
